We want sites to reply more on meta name="keywords" for full control over keywords by creators.
Also extensions to <urlset> <url> elements

this is standard , but often the only tag in a <url>

This is an extension, if present it will be used as the title of that <loc> if not present, the basename of the <loc> will appear in search results

<keywords>
This is another extension, which some validators will mark down. When present,our url submission can take these keywords with the <loc> without having to scrape each page and find the keywords.
